A symptom journal that remembers, so you don't have to.

Evee was built for people who are too drained to keep track of everything, and who often walk into appointments knowing far more than they can explain in fifteen minutes. It is named for the person it was first made for.

• Write or speak your entriesIn your own words, whenever something happens.
• Connect your devicesA wearable band for heart rate, sleep, steps and skin temperature, or a Bluetooth blood pressure cuff. Both are optional.
• Build a visit packetA summary of what happened since your last appointment, ready to hand your doctor or attach in your patient portal.
• Private by designYour journal is stored on your phone and locked with a PIN, fingerprint or recovery key. There is no Evee account and no Evee server. Nothing leaves your phone unless you send it.

Evee is free, for adults 18 and over. It is a journal, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. In an emergency, call 911.
